Pat and I spent this afternoon in North County.
Leucadia, our old neighborhood, was having an art festival today. It was fun to walk around our old stomping grounds for a bit.
Cafe Ipe is an awesome little coffee shop (literally right across the street from our old apt.) It is the new home to the Surfing Madonna, a favorite and controversial tile mural in Encinitas/Leucadia. And they have live music on weekends!
We love our new house but we miss living in this sleep little beach neighborhood! It is the quintessential Southern California beach town.
