Feb 5/Veggies!

Isn’t that pink Swiss Chard beautiful?

This week we got:
-Swiss Chard (pink and white stems)
-Broccoli
-Cilantro
-Radishes
-Collard Greens
-Kale
-Lettuce
-Arugula
-Spring Onions

So far, we’ve been pretty good about using up all of the swiss chard, broccoli, collards, kale, and radishes. Honestly, I hate making salads, so most of the lettuce/arugula has been feeding my compost. I am pretty happy with my kale smoothies though! (Kale, OJ, frozen mangoes/peaches, ice, and a banana).

Do y’all have any good recipes for any of the winter veggies above?
