June 19/Green-ish Smoothie

I’ve had two “green-ish” smoothies for breakfast this week:
-1 banana
-1/2 to 1 scoop of protein powder
-1 cup frozen mango
-a handful of Kale/other greens, fresh or frozen
-a splash of orange juice (enough for the right liquidy consistency)
-a couple ice cubes

Blend and enjoy! I have to say I’m a fan of the green smoothie “fad” that’s caught on…it’s a great way to get a serving or two of veggies without having to cook/eat them!
