After a break this spring/summer, we’re back to having our CSA vegetable box from Wild Willow Farms! I switched to the bi-weekly plan (one box every other week) which should be perfect for the two of us (one box a week was A LOT of food-and honestly a lot of it went into our compost pile).
In this week’s box is:
– Purple onions
– Green, Jalapeño, and a Ghost pepper
– Red Leaf Lettuce
Any suggestions for recipes I should make from those ingredients?
